"Hi this is Josiah Owen with Expert Village and today we're going to be talking about making a cookie tree. Alright, now that we've cut out our tree, we're going to take our tray and spray it really quick with some non-stick spray, then we're going to gently pull this up, if you need to we have a spatula we could use. We're just going to pull this up slowly and you want to put it down on the tray. At this point you want to make sure to keep its tree formed, pressing it in places you need to press and fix up any of the edges to need to fix, then you want to go ahead and put this in the oven for 6 to 8 minutes on 400 degrees. Alright, actually we've cooked this for 6 to 8 minutes at 400 degrees; we've pulled it out, see the edges are starting to brown some. So, we're going to take this off, as you can see it's not sticking completely, that's due to the non-stick spray. We just want to transfer this to a wire rack and let that cool completely. Now when this finishes cooling off we're going to go ahead and decorate it, but we can't do that until it's cooled off completely, so that when we start to put the frosting on there it starts to pull the top layer of the cookie and then mix in and it won't go for what we're looking for, it'll taste just as good, just a different look. Now as soon as this comes out of the oven, what we're going to do is take a bottle cap, we're going to press it in while it's still kind of soft and turn it as we go, that's going to create a little circle, this is going to be like our ornaments, it'll make things easier when we come and try to decorate them. See, we have a little circle right there. Don't make to many, just about four or so, and you?re going to come up here, and as you can see we've got four little circles. Now at this point we're going to come back and actually put red on these. But for right now we're just going to put this aside and make our frosting."
