"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail. On behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make these creative stuff stocking cookies. While our cookies are in the oven baking, we are going to make our frosting. We are going to start with 1 tablespoon of butter and we are going to hopefully have it out for a while. We are going to beat it just for a moment and then we are going to add a 1/2 cup of powder sugar we are really not making very much icing at all. Just enough to put on the feet and the tops of our stockings, let's get that powder sugar out and then once we have our 1/2 cup of powder sugar we are going to be adding in just a little bit of milk enough to make it spreadable. As soon as we mixed up a little bit of the powder sugar and our butter, we can add the milk. We are going to start with 1 tablespoon of milk and we are going to mix it in. The powder sugar icing like this is very very forgiven if it gets a little bit to dry you just a little bit more milk. If it gets a little bit too wet, you can just add a little bit more powder sugar. There is no exact measurements to it. You are just going to keep adding things until you get the consistency that you want. So with this we are going to mix in our milk a little bit and if we need some more then we'll add a little bit more milk, if not we are good to go."
