"Hi! I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make these creative stuffed stocking cookies. Our next step that we're going to do is to be filling our stockings. We're going to pick up each rectangle of dough. If you have problems getting it off of the sheet, feel free to use your pastry scraper. Then we're going to put about a half of a teaspoon each of chopped nuts and miniature chocolate chips. I find that the miniature chocolate chips are going to work much better in putting them in to our dough, rather than using full size chocolate chips. I'm going to spread this out. You don't want to use too much filling. Otherwise, you will not be able to get your stocking closed. Once you have it filled, you want to pinch the edges of your dough together. You're almost forming a kind of long tube. I'm going to put that down and pick up our next rectangle. That one obviously needed a pastry scraper. It's really important to try and work with your dough as quickly as possible. As it warms up in your kitchen and the more it's worked, the softer it's going to get and the more difficult it's going to be to maneuver it. The last thing you want is your dough falling apart on you. You're just going to fill this up before moving on to our next stocking. "
