"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make these beautiful snowflake cookies. Flour is something you are going to need a lot of. You are just going to put a little bit on your surface but you want to have a little pile off to the sides so you have got some at the ready. Also have your flour container off to the side in case you need more. You are going to spread it out to your surface. You don't want it really thick. You just want a slight covering because if you get too much extra flour put into your dough then it's going to get super dry and it's not going to work as well. Then we want to get a little bit of dough out. You might want to work it with your hands for a moment first. Sprinkle just a little bit of flour on top. Probably want to get some flour on your hands too and then get that rolling pin out. Now like I said we are using a nice heavy rolling pin. It makes things so much easier and you just want to roll your dough out to about a quarter of an inch thick. You can see some pieces are sticking to the rolling pin so you want to sprinkle the rolling pin with some flour. I have got a nice marble one. Super heavy it makes things so much easier. You want to be careful about it sticking. Get a little bit of flour on top there and scrape that off there. Now what you want to do is once you get this to a quarter of an inch thick then it's time to get out the cookie cutters. "
