"Hi my name is John King for Expert Village I'm one of the chef here at Benson's Vinaigrettes in Lansing, Michigan. Okay now we are going to show a different variation of our no bake if you want to jazz it up a little bit and add a little more color to it our if you want to add more calories if that was not enough calories as it was you can add some white chocolate to it. All we did here was melted it on very low heat on the pan here or you can do it on the microwave if you wanted. Then you just take it and sprinkle it, weave it on top of the cookie. Go back and forth one way and back and forth the other. As you can see it kind of adds a little more color to it and a little bit more flavor the white chocolate has complete different flavor from the dark. It is a little bit more mild and I like the way it looks it adds a little color to it. "
