"Hi my name is John King for Expert Village I'm one of the chef here at Benson's Vinaigrettes in Lansing, Michigan. Okay we have our vanilla in there now and now what we are going to do is bring it up to a boil. It is very important that you bring it up to a boil and it is very important that you only boil it for one minute. If you boil it any more then that then the sugar would start to crystallize and it would be a green texture of a cookie and not creamy and smooth. So if you can see where it is starting to get a good boil on here you would see towards the sides the side of the pot how it has the bubbles forming and as soon as that starts you want to time it and you can either count to 60 our use a kitchen timer if you like to make sure you don't boil it longer then that.
