"Hi my name is John King for Expert Village I'm one of the chef here at Benson's Vinaigrettes in Lansing, Michigan. Okay our butter and the milk has dissolved and almost up to temperature now we are going to add our salt our sugar this 3 cups of sugar. I know it is a lot but you really need that like I said this cookies aren't healthy by any stretch of imagination even though they have oatmeal in them you can't use that as a excuse to think that is healthy. It does have a lot of sugar but that what makes it so good. So we are going to pour this sugar in to the hot margarine and the milk and we are just going to stir that around. Make sure that the sugar is completely dissolved and now we are going to let it cook for maybe 20 seconds and we are going to add the rest of our ingredients. "
