"Hi my name is John King for Expert Village I'm one of the chef here at Benson's Vinaigrettes in Lansing, Michigan. Okay now we are going to add our margiane and our milk and we are going to pour the margarine in the pot and we are going to put our milk in. You want to stir that around, make sure htat it incorprated and also at this tiem make sure heavy bottom pot you woant to have something that won't burn where the butter or margirene won't burn on you and hte milk won't scoll. You just mix that around and we are going to mix the rest of the ingredients once this melts and come up to temperture. "
