"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail. On behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make a variety of different rolled sugar cookies. Secondly for making our rolls of sugar cookies we are going to go over the list of the equipment that you are going to need. Some of it is specialize, some of not so for instance I highly recommend having a good stand mixer for beating your butter. This is going to be important to saving your arm strength. Next you'll need a bowl for mixing your dry ingredients, measuring spoons and measuring cups, spatulas for scrapping your dough and then for the most important and fun parts are cookie cutters. You'll want a wide variety of cookie cutters depending on what your interest are. For instance you might want to have a little people cookie cutters if you have someone who is particular to dogs. You might want to do little sugar cookie dogs for your love ones, you can also have cookie stamps. Which I'm going to get into how to use the stamps and you can have different types of cookie cutters such as ones that will leave imprints in the dough for you. This will all make decorating more interesting and then finally you want to have some icing, have a pastry bag with your tips. You can also use other things that you can think of for shaping your dough rolled sugar cookies are very versatile you can even buy a pack using cookie cutters all together. Just roll it out and just ball it up and make drop cookies but for today I'm going to show you how to do them more introquete cut out sugar cookies."
