"Now I'm going to show you how to make the crust in the food processor. The ingredients have been chilling for about 5-10 minutes we would just place them right into the bowl of the food processor. Scrap that off, In order to have nice chilled water I'm going to pour the water into ice. We would just let that sit there we are not going to need that much water but this would insure me that we have plenty chilled water. Place the top on the food processor and we are going to pulse it and work we would work that flour in not to much you want ot be very careful until it looks like a coarse meal. I will look at that and just pulse it we don't want to over mix it or our dough would be to tough. Okay this looks good although I still feel a little bit of big chunks of butter margarine in there so I'm going to let it go a little bit more. You wnat it to look like coarse meal like little peas in it so we would cover that back up and pulse it again. Okay that looks good, it is not a dough yet, it is still very crumbly and it is just a coarse meal this will give us a nice flaky crust. Okay now we are going to put in about 5 tablespoons of water we are not going to put a full 7 tablespoon in unless we need it and it is ice cold water 1,2,3,4,5 and cover that up again and we are only going ot mix it until it forms a ball. When you see it form a ball we will stop. There it is as soon as it forms a ball we stop, you see it is not completely together, it is still a little bit crumbly but as soon as that ball forms we stop."
