"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail. On behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make this delicious spicy sweet potato pie. Our next step for getting our pie crust ready it to put it in our pie pan. Now if you use the wax paper then it's much easier to get it in. You want to peel the top piece off and then you're going to put the bottom just over your rolling pin like this. Get it to where it's hanging on and it makes it much easier for putting it into your pie pan. You're going to gently unroll it and center it a bit. You want to be careful in putting this step then you're going to peel off the additional piece of wax paper. Now you really want to get it sitting in your pie crust so you are going to press it down a bit so that you get all of the corners in there. For our sweet potato pie so that you have a slightly elevated edge of the pie crust we are just going to take the edge and roll it under. This will mean that your filling has a little higher to go because this is a pie which is going to cook up a bit when it cooks. So you want to get that edge rolled under once you get the entire edge rolled under that you can start doing it more decorative edge. Kind of do fingerprints in there to get a nice edge or you can use the times of a fork so that you have a nice pattern in the edge. Or you can use a pastry cutter it's up to you and your imagination you want to make sure just to get all of the edge turned under and then do a nice decorative border."
