"Hi! I'm Karen for Expert Village. Now we are going to finish off our cake with our chocolate garnishing s. We have our chocolate roses, chocolate leaves and our chocolate curls. First I made a stem for our rose. I am going to place that on the cake and then very carefully place our rose on the cake. I have a second rose here and then just place the chocolate leaves. You can use the chocolate leaves to sort of hide where the chocolate rose meets the stem. Okay, try not to handle the chocolate garnishing too much because they will melt from the heat of your hands and we are just going to use the curls to sprinkle around our cake for a nice presentation. Just gently push those onto the platter and it just gives a nice festive finishing touch to our decadence, Death by Chocolate Cake. This is a chocolate lover's dream."
