"Hi! I'm Karen for Expert Village. Now we are going to separate our layers and assemble our cake. We'll slide the spatula knife and your hand right under the cake layer and just transfer that over. Okay. Now you can see that this is very rich and gooey cake. If your cake has sunk in like mine did, you can just take some of these ends and just fill the middle in a bit and nobody will notice when you cut that cake because it is such a rich cake. Next we are going to put our raspberry jam on there that has a little bit of brandy, a little bit of liquor on it and just pour that all over the cake and spread it nicely. Next we are going to put a layer of ganache and we have our ganache now. We are just going to put a couple of spoon fulls and just lay it out. Okay and we will reserve the rest to over on the top and just spread that out to the edge. This is a very very rich cake and now we will take our top and flip it over to the bottom. I want to match to my tooth pick to tooth pit here and we'll do that and take the spring form can bottom out and just carefully peel back the foil. Okay, at this point let's just take a napkin and wipe any crumbs off the plate and we are going to remove our toothpicks like that. Next we wil be covering our cake with the remaining ganache."
