"Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village, now were going to add our chocolate, butter mixture and the rest of our ingredients to our eggs and sugar mixture. Let me first show you what the eggs and sugar mixture looks likes. It's now pretty light and the fluffy there not fluffy but a lighter colored its been mixing quit a while and the sugar has dissolved pretty well. Our chocolate is cooled cause we didn't want to add that while it was hot but it is still nicely melted and thickened just a little bit. I'm going to use the spatula so that we scrap it all in there. And we'll just pour that right in there and scrap our bowl with that rubber spatula. Get out every little bit of that chocolate. I'm going to mix that a little bit and then we will add our other ingredients. You'll stop the mixture once in a while to scrap it down to get everything off the sides, and then start up again. Now I'll let you see that again so you can so that you can see what the batter looks like at this point. And now we'll our rest of ingredients and mix that up, we have 1/2 of flour, 1/4 cup of cocoa, a nice dark Holland cocoa, we have 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/3 cup of sour cream, put all the in there, 1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. We'll turn the mixture on for a bit, you might want to start the mixture nice and slow so none of your dry ingredients comes out of the mixture and then once it starts to blend in then you can turn on a little faster and we'll continue to mix that until it's good and smooth. Stop the mixture in the middle just to scrap down the sides, make sure you got all the dry ingredients incorporated well and down on the bottom a little bit just to make sure you get everything, mixed in evenly and then we'll start and let it run for a couple of minutes."
