"Hello. My name is Angela Faiola and today on behalf of Expert Village, we're going to be learning how to make tiramisu. Okay, after we have beaten our egg yolks with the sugar, remember each egg yolk one tablespoon of sugar. You can also change and alternate and use a sweetener instead of sugar. We want to take our mascarpone cheese, open it up, we'll take it and we're going to incorporate it into our egg yolk and sugar mixture. We're going to use it all up. It's a very soft kind of cheese. And remember you can't find it usually in the regular places. They usually have it where they have specialty cheeses. We're going to take the blender and you want to mix them together. Oay and that's mixing in your egg yolk and your mascarpone with the sugar."
