"Hello. My name is Angela Faiola and today on behalf of Expert Village, we're going to be learning how to make tiramisu. I can hear the coffee is coming up. See how it's coming, like a little stream coming up? It's already creating that nice beautiful cream. If you could only smell this coffee. Okay, soon the pressure is going to grow stronger. That's when you want to close the lid. It's halfway up. Here it goes. Close the lid. It's done. Now we'll take our coffee and you want to add it in here just like so. Okay, once you have these two coffee pots of espresso, you want to add some water to that, because you don't want to make it too strong. So I would put about a quarter cup for each so, that's about enough. Okay now we're going to just add about a spoonful of liqueur for each coffee pot, so two. Okay? And your coffee for tiramisu is ready."
