"Hello. My name is Angela Faiola and today on behalf of Expert Village, we're going to be learning how to make tiramisu. The ingredients for tiramisu are ladyfingers. You'll need at least two packages of ladyfingers. That's about forty-eight cookies. I want to give you a tip on that. You can find them either at a specialty store or if you go down on the aisles where it would either have some kind of ethnic foods, Spanish, Mexican, you can find a variety of different brands. Doesn't matter as long as they are ladyfingers or savoiardi as we call them in Italy. Then you will need these five eggs, some Italian espresso coffee, that we will make in an espresso machine, some sugar, some mascarpone cheese. This is a cheese you will find probably in a specialty aisle inside the store. It's an Italian cheese and it weighs about two hundred and twenty five grams each one and you'll need two packages. Some cocoa, a piece of chocolate that you prefer, either milk chocolate or dark chocolate, some coffee beans, a little bit of liqueur. That's your choice. You can use brandy, you can use something Italian. Some whipped cream. And that's all you need to make tiramisu."
