"Hello! On behalf of expertvillage.com, I'm Deborah with Deborah's Delights. I would like to share with you an old family recipe. How to make a scotch pudding. Our next bit is we add another 1/4 of cream to this recipe. It's a little 1/4 over the 2 cups of initial cream just to make a creamy mixture with the egg being careful not to scramble them too heavily. We take this and pour it into our original mixture. Give it a little bit of a stir. We set our timer for 5 minutes. Bring it to a simmer on medium low and continue to stir now with a wooden spoon rather than the whisk. The whisk may break it up to much. We get the wooden spoon and slowly stirring periodically."
