"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Angela Spano and I'm going to be showing you how to make nut dough today from my new book "Not Just Desserts." Okay, so in the last segment we completed our torte. We have the 10 inch torte, now we have an individual torte. We're going to use two different fillings today, we're making one with apple raisin combination, which you use just a regular can of apples. I like that because it has a nice thick syrup and the apples are already cooked and everything, the can you want, it taste a lot better in the torte. We're going to use raspberry preserves, because we're going to be making a linzer torte which is typical. It came from Linz Austria, so it's the nut dough with raspberry. Linzer torte is specific for raspberry, so we're going to a raspberry linzer torte or a linzer torte, because a linzer torte is raspberry and an apple raisin torte."
