"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Angela Spano and I'm going to be showing you how to make nut dough today from my new book "Not Just Desserts." Alright, now we're going to make the little one. We're going to put the bottom in again I'll show you again how you do it. Okay, my hands got a little sticky, I'm going to run it quickly under water so my hand is smooth when it rolls over the dough there. I know it's a little time consuming, but you know what this is worth it and because you do this by hand in your roll that it's very rustic when it comes out of the oven it looks so homemade. People, I know you're going to, it looks so professional yet homemade that's what the beauty of this torte is. Now, we're going to start building up the wall here. Make sure it's not too thick, you press it in as you go along, that's kind of a little high you can make just a little high because it is a small one but not thick. We don't want it ballooning up where you have all dough cause we are going to add fruit to this, different types of fruit."
