"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to be showing you how to make nut dough today from my new book "Not Just Desserts." I want to show you how it looks when we finish the wall. You have to make sure that it is not too thick I don't want a thick wall out here because remember when this bakes it's going to puff out and out. So if you make this too thick you're going to have a crust that thick and that's not very appetizing. The dough is rich in the cinnamon and sugar and nuts, you don't need very much of it. So that's why the wall has to be the thinness of what you see here. Also, we're going to do a little miniature one a little personal pan. I will show you how you can make your own personal torte."
