"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to be showing you how to make nut dough today from my new book "Not Just Desserts." It's been about 2 minutes now and as you can see I believe it's well done. I don't feel any gritty texture in the margarine so I know that the sugar has sufficiently gotten absorb into the margarine. Now, I'll just stop the beater, I'm going to add in my 2 eggs and we're going to mix that in. I like to do that on medium to high speed because we really don't need to cream anymore, but I just want to get the egg to get incorporated into the margarine. Now this is our wet mixture, okay. So we dealt with our dry mixture the flour, now we have our wet portion and I will show you how to join the both of them."
