Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail, and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make this delicious spicy pumpkin cheesecake. Now it's time to check to see if our pumpkin cheesecake is done. In order to test it, we're going to stick a knife in and see if it comes out clean, which it does. So that means our cheesecake is done. We're going to take our cheesecake out and put it on our cooling rack. Now cooling is very important to cheesecakes. It needs to cool in order to solidify even more so you can cut it. You also don't want to take the outside ring of the spring form pan off until the cheesecake has completely cooled. So we're going to leave it for at least ten to fifteen minutes while it gets down to room temperature, then stick it in the refrigerator until it's ready to be served.
