"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make this delicious spicy pumpkin cheesecake. To add something extra special to our pumpkin cheesecake, we're going to make a pecan topping. We're going to take a half a cup of pecans, pecan halves. We're going to separate out ten of those for decoration. That's four, six, eight, nine, and ten. Try to get some of the nicer pecans instead of broken or smaller ones. I'll put these to the side. Just in our bowl. And I'm going to coarsely chop the rest of these. You want to have a nice chef's knife or other sharp knife and you just want a rocking motion back and forth. You don't want to come down really hard because it's just gonna scatter the nuts. And we don't need a super fine chop for these. Just coarsely chopped so that we don't have large chunks."
