"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make this delicious spicy pumpkin cheesecake. It's finally time to put our pumpkin cheesecake into the oven. Now you want to preheat your oven to 350 degrees before putting in your cheesecake. We're going to be nice and gentle with the cheesecake when we're putting it into the oven and place it right in the center of the oven. You want that rack in the center of the oven. You want to place the cheesecake in the center of the rack and we're going to bake the cheesecake for about thirty five minutes. At 350 degrees for about thirty five minutes. And you'll be able to tell when it's done because the top, well the cheesecake won't move as much when you're wiggling it. And that's one of the big things about cheesecakes is they're gonna wiggle a little bit before you put them in the oven. When they come out it should be firm enough so that you're not getting that movement. It's gonna be more solid throughout with the eggs cooking to help solidify that and it's not going to be liquidy on top either. So once we take it out, we're going to see what that cheesecake looks like and we'll start working on our topping while it's baking."
