"Hi! I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make this delicious traditional Red Velvet Cake. For our first step, we are going to go over the ingredients that you will need for our Red Velvet Cake. First we will need cake flour. Now make sure that you use actual cake flour instead of all purpose flour. There is as difference. Next, we will need granulated sugar. One stick or half cup of butter. We will need some unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla, red food dye, baking soda and baking powder, 2 eggs, some salt and buttermilk. Also, just a couple of tablespoons of white distilled vinegar and then for the cream cheese frosting we will need one pound of cream cheese, another stick of butter and some powder sugar. And all of this put together, we will have a delicious Red Velvet Cake that will be fantastic for your celebration. "
