"Hi I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make this delicious spicy pumpkin cheesecake. First, let's talk about the ingredients and equipment that we'll need to make our pumpkin cheesecake. Now, the most important piece of equipment that you'll have is your nine inch spring form pan. Now this is vital for making cheesecakes because they're so delicate you cannot take them out of a pan, without a removable bottom. To make the crust for our cheesecake we're going to need gingersnap cookies, about twenty small ones, or a quarter of a pound, pecans which we're going to grind up with the cookies, and then half a stick of butter which we'll melt in order to bind the ingredients together, and also some brown sugar. Now for the actual cheesecake, we will of course need one pound of cream cheese, one cup of pumpkin, some brown sugar, and then cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and last but not least, all spice. "
