"Hi, I'm Jamaica from Jamaica's Cakes in West L.A. on behalf of Expert Village. In this step of our Black Forest Cake, we're going to be making our ganache frosting. I've already got the cream heated on the stove to come to a nice boil. And, we're now going to take it over to our chocolate and gently pour it over. And, we want to continue to whisk and make it a very nice and smooth consistency. And, with the ganache as most ganache recipes (there's many of them out there) it's best to make it a day ahead of time. And, let is setup overnight. You can also use a chocolate butter cream frosting or whatever kind of flavor your prefer. I like the chocolate ganache, myself."
