"You want it evenly distributed all the way around the bottom there and what I usually do what you need to do is actually press it down, stop it into the bottom of the pan I just use the top of the areosole can okay from the nonstick and going to press all the way around just have this planted up to the edge of the pan. And your going to press and go all the way around press it hard what your doing your now making the crust. And when it bakes you'll have the sugar, and the fat from the creamy center and the cookie all coming together to make a nice oreo cookie crust. Okay that's done this is what it should look like at this point what we need to do we're going to place this in the oven for 10 minutes, 10 minutes only just to bake this and pretty much seals the crust so when you add you cheesecake batter it won't come up the bottom. Cause when you add the batter we're going to mix it a little bit and if you don't bake off the crust it won't hardened and what will happen the crust will come off the bottom of the pan and you'll have problems. So we're going to bake this for 10 minutes, I'm going to wash the cookie off my hands then we'll bake a cheesecake."
