" Okay from this point we need to do I just continue on with my cookie coated hands because we're going to be in this a little more. You have your 9" pan non stick spray very important, if you don't have non stick you can use vegetable oil but I prefer this has served me well over the years. You want to get the bottom completely get the edges all the way to the top if you have a gap where the spray doesn't come in contact with the pan you'll have a sticky mess. When you depan the cake it might take a divit out of it so you can over spray no problem. Alright at this point we will add the cookie and turn it into a crust. Now what I usually do dump that in there we're going to shake it back and forth pretty much getting it to distributed evenly then what I do with the back of my hand I work the cake around making sure that it comes evenly to the edges of the pan, okay so look at that, now just pat it down lightly you want to make sure it's evenly distributed. "
