Mixing Oreo For Cheesecake Crust

"Now that we have the cookies cut up we will mix this into fine powder crust normally I use gloves when I'm working with food or mixing by hand. With the cookies the gloves don't work well they tend to get torn up so just make sure your hands are clean get in there and we're going to mix all this together by hand. So without the use of a food processor you can say that your adding a little extra love to your cheesecake. It's always good to get your hands in the food and you really getting the feel as to what your doing and it think it makes it more personable you mix things by hand and you'll feel the food. Today there's so many machines and gadgets you lose track I like making my cakes this way so you want to grind this by hand it's almost there you want to make sure you don't see any white from the creamy filling. Okay it needs to be incorporated we're almost there you will have chunks but make sure there not to big just mix for a better crust. There we go we're just about there and this really doesn't take to long it's not a hassle doing it by hand, its almost therapeutic so that's my take but I'm a food guy and cooking for something that I love and it therapeutic for me and plus I get paid for it so that's even better."
