"Alright, even though I floured and buttered the inside of the pan, I still need to take a spatula, and take it gently around the edges. Just to loosen everything up. This is still very, very warm. That's fine, because we need to have it warm so that the icing sort of melts on it. I want to make sure this comes and nice and clean and pretty, and that I don't have any breaks, not that we couldn't cover a break. My pan is still pretty hot. Grabbing this plate and my pan, actually what I think I'm going to do, is use a towel. Bring this over. It's a little tricky. One, two, three and on to my plate. Ok now we're going to be pretty fast with this because it's not meat to stay on this plate. It's meant to go on my pedestal. Beautiful. That's gorgeous. Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. Now comes the fun part. I just have some real fun with this drizzliness by the spoonfuls. Don't worry if it runs along the bottom of your pedestal. It's going to look gorgeous. My mother used to be able to make really pretty designs all over, and I don't know how she did it. I never had the patience."
