"Hi, this is Crystal on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to make my apple caramel cake. Let's preheat our oven to 350. I'm going to grease and flour the pan so that the pan it is prepared after I'm finished with the batter. I'm just using approximately a tablespoon of flour and just sprinkle it throughout, you can use your fingers and get it spread out a little bit. This is so that the cake will not stick to the pan. We need about 3 1/4 cup of apples, chopped apples, I'm using approximately 5 small granny smith apples. First of all you need to peel them so I'm going to begin peeling the apple and you need to peel off the skin. Try not to get any of the apple peeled cause you want to utilized as much as possible. So we are almost done you really don't have to worry about the top part because we'll be taking the core out. I think we are ready now to chop the apple."
