Easy Raspberry Cheesecake Recipe

"Hi on behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to show you how to make several different flavored cheesecakes but one basic cheesecake recipe from my new book Not Just Desserts. During the break I made more batter cause I wanted to show you more flavor so basically from the first batter I got maybe 3 1/2 of these sized pies for you. But I just wanted to make a little bit more cause I wanted to do a raspberry, lemon, and a blueberry. So let me put some batter into bowl remember your going to use a separate bowl for each flavor obviously. Cause you don't want to mix your flavors and I'm going to put enough of this one. Now I guess I'm going to make this one into raspberry now I've taken my batter I'm going to take raspberry preserves. You buy it in a bottle it's jelly it's raspberry preserves I just put about a 1/2 of cup in there and this is a wonderful flavor to the cheesecake. See 1/2 of cup is fine it's more than enough for one of these prepared graham cracker crumbs, pour that in we're going to move on to our other flavors."
