"Hi, I'm Jasimine and I'm 14, I'm from Glorious Cooking and today I'm here on behalf of Expert Village and I'm going to show you how to boil a egg. So we got the eggs nice and rinsed, we are going to turn the water off and touch them. You can't feel the warmth through the shell anymore. We are going to move the top out of the way. Now we are going to see how this egg is doing and make sure they are nice and cooked. So you just want to give it a gentle tap all around on the counter and some people say that you can roll it across but our eggs is still hot we don't want to burn ourselves. We are going to drain the water out from the other eggs. We are just really going to peel away and we are going to move the eggs from here to make sure we don't miss the eggs up. I'm going to run under a little bit of water, not too much because the pressure really makes the egg fall apart. You are just going to come over here and peel the egg, this really does not take long but if you are going to make deviled eggs for a party or something like that. You might want to ask someone to help you cause it could take a while, a good 36 eggs and 5 minutes. So we are going to come over here and really the water pressure helps it move along a little faster. It could take a minute if you have a lot of eggs to peel. From here you got a little piece and please please don't miss your shells cause there is nothing worse than somebody crunching down a piece of egg. Like my grandfather would call them. So give it a good rinse to take the skin off, a nice rinse and make sure all the shell is off and this my friend is how I, Jasmine make a boil egg. "

on 8/2/2008 This was EGGcellent (LOL!) I always ruin boiled eggs when I'm trying to make potato salad or even just real salad! I enjoyed your whitty sense of humor, Ms. Jasmine and I can't wait to see what you show us next. I'd only suggest, that you not reach over the steaming pot (as seen simply from the top view in "Cooking Time"); we wouldn't want to see your 14-year-old arm steamed off :) GREAT JOB, though! I think I have a recipe to submit
