Information on Serrated Knives

In this episode, we are going to talk a little bit about the serrated knife and some possible uses for it. In this case, we have a roll of bread here. There are a lot of different ways you can cut the bread. Again holding the knife in a nice secure way, you can just make rounds. If you were going to make little appetizers, you could serve them right like that. If you wanted to be a little fancier, you could cut on the bias, meaning on the angle and get cuts that look a little bit like that or you could use it to slice right down the middle and make a sandwich. No matter how you do it, serrated knife or bread knife is really going to make cutting bread a lot easier for you. "
