"Hi, this is Josiah Owen and today we are going to talk about recipe for those who are on a diabetic diet. Now we are going to talk about the first step of creating our mozzarella pepperoni bread. We are going to take about half of the pepperoni that we shredded earlier. We are going to sprinkle it on top of the bread cause the next step we are going to do is add the pepperoni to this. So we are going to have a nice little base there, a nice little chewy base that the pepperoni would stick to. You are going to sprinkle about half of this on here, you must save the other half cause we are going to be using that later. Make sure all the pieces have enough for the pepperoni to stick to. Some how if you have to use a little bit more cheese go ahead and grate some more or just use a little bit less on top. But it is nice to have the cheese there for the pepperoni would stick to it and there you go."
