"Hi, this is Josiah Owen and today we are going to talk about recipe for those who are on a diabetic diet. Now we are going to talk about melting our butter for our mozzarella pepperoni bread. We are going to have our little unit turned on, put a pan on it to warm up some. We are going to need about 3 tablespoons. So we are going to measure out 3 tablespoons and we are going to drop that in there. So start melting that on contact. It is always a good thing to have this the heater already turned on when you do this that way it would make the melting process go a little bit faster. Now we are going to talk about heating up our garlic we got the butter melted. We have our 2-3 cloves of garlic already chopped so we are going to throw this right in there. I'm actually going to saute this for about 1-2 minutes since we are going to make a nice little garlic butter here we are going to spread this on the bread. You see it is starting to bubble up here and the garlic is starting to open up and you can smell it. It is a great thing garlic is actually really good for you. Just not on the first date. That happen to me once I was on a date and I had too much garlic when for the kiss at the end and let's just say the second date did not happen. I learned my lesson the hard way. Once you became comfortable with that person, it is always a good thing you can test the boundaries. This is actually a really good thing to do for a party, have some love ones over. It takes about a minutes, wait for it to become transparent and then we are going to go to our next step. Alright now we are going to talk about brushing our bread with our melted garlic butter. It is always nice to have a brush on hand. If you don't you can always drizzle it on there. You just stick the brush in there and just lightly coat all the pieces of bread. Another way that you can do it when I first started cooking is I would just take the bread and dip it in the butter. It is not always the healthiest for you but it tasted pretty darn good. You just want to dab all these pieces on the top. Remember you have to have enough butter to go around all the pieces of the bread so it is nice to dab a little bit and go to the next. Then dab a little bit and go to the next one. When you go back you see oh I have some more room go grab some more butter and go over all the pieces that you missed. That way when you get to the end you would not have some pieces that are lacking but there you go."
