"Hi, this is Josiah Owen and today we are going to talk about recipe for those who are on a diabetic diet. Now we are going to talk about mincing our garlic for our mozzarella pepperoni bread. You just want to cut off the ends of each of these pieces. Just move them to the side. I'm not going to be using those. Really tough pieces you never actually use that while cooking. After that we are going to peel our garlic and for that we are just going to lay our blade flat. Just press down and the skin just pops right off do that for all 3 pieces. After that we want to discard the skin cause you want to make sure you don't eat that. From this you just want to chop it into small little pieces. Start chopping and move it around put it back in the middle. You are going to mince this pretty small cause we are going to melt this in the butter. Eventually you want the pieces to be about that big. "
