"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail. On behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make this delicious spicy pumpkin bread. Now it's time to see if our pumpkin bread is ready to come out of the oven. Of course you can tell partially by looking at it see if it has browned nicely and if you're not sure, you can also stick a fork or toothpick into the bread to see if anything sticks to it. If the knife or the toothpick is pulled out cleanly then it's done so it's really important with breads to cool them properly so we are going to put this in the pan on a cooling rack. Let's get the second one out because breads when they come out of the oven are still going to be a little bit sticky. It's important for them to cool in the loaf pan for a little bit before they can be taken out and cool on a cooling rack. So we're going to let them stay in the pan for just a few minutes until they can get more easily removed from the pan so they can finish there cooling on the cooling rack. Then they'll be ready to eat."
