"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail. On behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make this delicious spicy pumpkin bread. It's almost time for baking our bread. What you want to do is have your two 4 X 8 loaf pans. We're going to use some nonstick spray or you can also spread them with butter or shortening and then flour them. But for something with nice straight edges like this, a nonstick works just as well, it's fast and easy. Also you'll notice that I'm using nonstick pans that helps as well. Don't ever assume that if you have a nonstick pan that you don't need to use something to coat it. Because it will stick if you don't have something to coat it; nonstick I think it should be renamed to less stick. So this is a pretty heavy batch at this point so you want to gently spoon our bread batter into the pan being careful not to spill it either on yourself or your counter. You are going to want to alternate between the two pans so that you get the same amount into both of them. You really want to try and get equal amounts because that way they'll cook at the same rate and you don't have to worry about one of them getting browned while the other one hasn't had a chance to cook yet. I want to scoop that in there. It's also very handy if you're using your spatula for scooping things inm you can scrape that bowl down as you are putting it into your pans. Now you can see we have our dough our pumpkin bread batter in our baking tins and we are ready to stick them in the oven."
