"Hi! I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make this delicious spicy pumpkin bread. Now that our walnuts are chopped, it is time to add them to the batter. That was about a cup of chopped walnuts and you want to gently fold them into the batter. Since the batter has been sitting for a couple of moments, it has gotten a little bit thicker than it was before even. So at this point, I am just folding the ingredients in using a spatula. Next in our final step is adding our raisins. You can see that I've strained them. Save the orange juice which is perfectly fine for you to drink now and I will be adding those in as well. These you want to also just carefully fold in trying to get them throughout the batter. You want to make sure that pretty much every bite that you take of this delicious bread has some raisins and walnuts in it being careful not to over mix as well. Like I said you don't want to have a perfectly smooth batter. You don't want to mix it too hard. One of the reasons we are doing it by hand instead of a mixer is because it doesn't have to be perfect and it looks like we've got everything incorporated and evenly spread throughout the batter. "
