"Hi! I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make this delicious spicy pumpkin bread. Now that our butter is beaten, it is time to add the rest of our wet ingredients. We are going to start with our one cup of can pumpkin. One cup of can pumpkin is about half a can of the smaller cans of pumpkin. So that it is a good way to think of it if you are going to be making something else which also calls for a cup. If you have an entire can, then it will make both recipes. Mix that a little bit and then we are going to add one and one-eighth cup of sugar. Now if you are like most people, you probably don't have a one-eighth cup measuring cup so that equals one cup and then one tablespoon. We will put in one cup and then one tablespoon. Next we are going to add in two eggs; something that was missed in the ingredient list. If we want to have two eggs added to this, just regular large eggs. It is always nice to have something to put your egg shells in while you are cracking them on the counter. If you can't get to the garbage can easily, that way you don't have to worry about them dripping onto your counter top. We are going to start smashing up those eggs and start mixing. Our last ingredient that we will be adding is our orange juice and we want to add a half cup of orange juice. Then we just want to stir everything until it is all incorporated. "
