"Hi, my name is Jessica on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to be showing you how to make banana bread. In this next step we're going to mix together all of our dry ingredients. We're going to start with 1/3 cups of flour and again you want to make sure that you get it at the exact level. So we're going to do the same on the 3/4 cup, next thing we're going to add is a teaspoon of baking powder and these are the most important baking powder and baking soda because they're really going to make the bread rise. So you want to be perfect on that and that was a teaspoon of baking soda or baking powder. (I'm sorry) Next is going to be a half of teaspoon of baking soda, go ahead and pour that in there, make sure you have something beneath the spoon so you can get it actually. The next ingredient is going to be a half of teaspoon of salt and baking salt, it's not always required it's optional, but I like to add it because that's the way I always made it, so go ahead and add that in. We're just going to mix this together stir them together get them mixed up, you don't need the mixer for this step. Just mix it together with a spoon and that really looks pretty good and pretty mix up together."
