"Hi! I'm Karen for Expert Village. Okay now let's add our dry ingredients; 2 cups of flour, we'll make them full and even cups, a 1/4 cup of sugar and a 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Okay again we are going to stir that up in a circular motion and stir that until it is smooth scraping down the sides when you need to. It's rather lumpy right now but let's stir that up until it is pretty smooth. Let's add our yeast and we will continue stirring.l Scrape down the sides once in a while and incorporate all that yeast and smooth out that batter. Next we will be whipping our egg whites. Just give the batter a little bit more airiness and that will make for real nice fluffy waffles. Just stir it until it is smooth."
