"Hi! I'm Karen for Expert Village. Now here's a recipe for light and airy waffles. Let's take our ingredients before we start to make sure we have everything that we need. We are going to be using 1 3/4 cups of flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 3 eggs that will be separated, 2 cups of milk and 6 tablespoons of melted butter. I melted this butter in the microwave. Let's start by placing our dry ingredients in our bowl. First of all we are going to need 1 3/4 cups of flour. Make them full and even cups; One cup, 1/2 cup and a 1/4 cup will make 1 3/4. One tablespoon of baking powder and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Let's just stir that together lightly and we'll move on to our wet ingredients."
