"Hi! I'm Karen for Expert Village. Now we are going to make a waffle recipe that is quick and easy. Let's take out our ingredients before we start. We are going to need 2 1/2 cups of flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoons of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 4 eggs, 2 cups of milk and 1/3 cup of oil. We are going to start with our wet ingredients. First we will crack our eggs into our bowl. We have 4 eggs being careful not to get any shells in there. We are going to beat these eggs nice and fluffy and even. You can use a fork like this in a circular motion and you really want to beat those up really good and get some air into them. This kind of a circular motion in a fast beating will incorporate air into the eggs. You could also use a whisk for this job but since we are doing quick and easy, I am showing you with a fork. Now we can add our milk. So that's good. Now we can add our milk and 1/3 cup of oil; always measure your oil right over your batter so you don't drip any on the table and we are going to beat that up. Again, a circular motion. It's a little bit sloppier now because you've got the milk in there. Nice circular motion, get that incorporated in there well. Okay, if you get some air in there your waffles will be nice and airy.
