"Hi! I'm Karen for Expert Village. Now we are ready to add our dry ingredients to our healthy pancakes. First we will put in 1 1/2 cups of flour; make those cups full and even;1 1/2 full and even. Then we will add our flax seeds; 3/4 cups of flax seed, 1/4 cup of sugar, teaspoons of baking powder and a 1/2 teaspoon of sale. You can mix that right up with a fork. You don't want to over mix it. We are going to scrape as we stir in a circular motion. Scrape the sides frequently and we want to mix it just until it gets smooth. It's still a little lumpy. Okay that's what it should look like. A little bit of lumpiness in it but for the most part smooth. This is ready to cook. Now we will cook these healthy pancakes the same way that we cooked our blueberry pancakes and our apple cinnamon pancakes. "
