"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC. Today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make chicken artichoke turnovers. We have our scallions, onions and we're going to add this to our bowl along with our other ingredients. We are just going to add these to our bowl. They came out nice you see I didn't over cook them and these are going to be the star of our beautiful turnovers here today on Expert Village. We are going to take our artichoke and drain them. We're going to coarsely chop them on our cutting board. You're going to need a couple of paper towels to really get these; there is a lot of oil when you get the artichokes in a jar. So I just like to take paper towels and really get them dried and use a paper towel to do that, then just put them right on your cutting board. You see I have all my artichokes I'm just going to coarsely chop them and that just means to go through them they don't have to be cut so fine. I'm just going to give them a cut one way and give it a turn and keep chopping away you want them to be in little bite size pieces like so. I love artichokes so keep chopping and get them down to the nice bite size and we'll start putting all this together. We're just going to add all these artichokes right to our garlic and our scallions, mix them up you, do the same."
