"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC. Today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make chicken artichoke turnovers. First thing we're going to do is just cook up our chicken breast. We're going to get a nice medium flame underneath our pan, get it just a little hot and we're going to add our chicken. We are really just looking to cook it up and what we'll do is take it off the flame where we're just going to cook these up for our chicken artichokes turnovers. It's been cooking for about a couple of minutes. I've flipped them, I like to add a little salt and some fresh pepper to this. What I'm going to do is cook it on both sides getting it cooked through, we'll take it off and we'll cut them up into nice squares like nice bite sizes. I cooked these for about two minutes on one side. You see how they get nice and brown. That's what we're looking to do get them brown a little bit on both sides. So three minutes on side maybe two on the other side and we're going to remove them from the flame. We have our chicken done, I'm just going to turn my flame off, I'm going to use this pan again and we're going to actually deglaze some of that chicken bites on the bottom with the garlic and the scallions. So I'm just going to put these on my cutting board to cool and we'll chop them up to make them nice bite size and put them in our chicken artichoke turnovers here on Expert Village. These are going to be great. I hope you're making them come on back."
